How It All Started
Back in 2004, Jim Thompson had a dream and a beat-up pickup truck. After years of working for other companies, he knew there had to be a better way to do plumbing – one where customers came first and honest work meant everything.
Fast forward to today, and that one-man operation has grown into a team of 15+ skilled plumbers. But here's the thing – we've never forgotten where we started. Jim's son Mike now runs day-to-day operations, and that same pickup truck? It's still in the garage (though we've upgraded to a proper fleet!).
We're not a faceless corporation. We're your neighbors. We coach little league, we go to the same grocery stores, and we take real pride in taking care of our community.
